Notes:
*After setting up your page, you need to place your columns onto the page. Go to PAGE --> Manage Guides...
*Once you have copied, pasted and renamed all your heading, press F6 and uncheck the PRINTER box. Even though you can see these boxes on the screen, they will not show when printed on paper.
